Mohit is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mohit has over 8 years of post-qualification exposure and hands on experience in dealing Business Valuation, Equity Valuation, ESOP Valuation, Valuation of Corporate Debtors under IBBI, GST advisory, GST audits, assessments and various Statutory corporate audits.

Overall, Mohit possess more than 10 years of working experience which includes roles in book keeping, accounting, TDS and GST compliances, various tax audits, tax Return filings, Authorised Representations, Litigations.

He is also pursuing IBBI Registered Valuer to enhance his skillset.

Upasna has over 7 years of post-qualification exposure and hands on experience in Indirect tax advisory.
