Mohit is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mohit has over 8 years of post-qualification exposure and hands on experience in dealing Business Valuation, Equity Valuation, ESOP Valuation, Complex financial instruments, Purchase Price Allocation, Goodwill impairment, Valuation of Corporate Debtors under IBBI, GST advisory, GST audits, assessments and various Statutory corporate audits.

He has prepared Pro-Forma Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and other types of financial statements for companies based on management’s future outlook and goals. He has performed financial due diligence and aggregated, manipulated, and analyzed target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks impacting the target company.

Overall Mohit possess more than 10 years of working experience which includes roles in bookkeeping, accounting, TDS and GST compliances, various tax audits, tax Return filings.

Upasna is a commerce graduate from Shahid Bhagat Singh College, Delhi and associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has wide experience in the field of Indirect Taxes, Statutory audits of listed entities.

Upasna has over 6 years of post-qualification exposure and hands on experience in Indirect tax advisory.
